My Short Thought of the Day: Friday 11th February 2011

Now that Egypt's leader, President Mubarak has finally gone, this should send a message to the people of the world and the leaders and governments of the world:


The Government should fear of the people, the people should not be afraid of the Government.



Or as Thomas Jefferson said;



"When the People Fear their Government, there is Tyranny;
When the Government Fear the People, there is Liberty."

Leaders of the world should remember this as they slowly erode our civil liberties and destroy our public services. You can only push us so far.
